ELMA: The first time I did Reach Out at Sylvia Park, I was in a group with my 8-year-old daughter and two nephews. We had a list of treasures to find. For example, we were looking for a girl with pretty jewellery, a girl that had specific coloured hair, a yellow scarf and a couple of other people. By the end of the night we got each person - including the girl with the yellow scarf. As it turned out , each of these people needed prayer and some even received Jesus in their hearts. It was a miracle that each person we had written on our list, God highlighted and our treasure hunt list was all ticked off. My group of kids were amazed at how God worked through the Reach Out.

About a month later, one of the youth suggested that we go back to those we prayed over last time to check up on them. It was around Christmas time and one of the girls we had prayed over was really glad to see us. She stated she was moved and grateful we turned up cause she really needed prayer. Christmas was always a stressful time for her and her family and once we prayed over her, she felt a sense of peace. Later that night, my daughter was excited about praying for people and looks forward to the next Reach Out.

One time, I felt led to go to Reach Out, and within 12 hours my foot swelled up so fast.

I contemplated about not showing up but I decided that not even a swollen foot would hold me back. My team prayed fervently over my foot for healing at the mall and I was limping around the whole mall sharing the Love of JESUS. The next day, my foot was absolutely healed. swelling was gone, no pain or redness. I laughed and knew that the enemy had tried to make me stay home. That Reach Out was fire, we prayed for who needed prayer for such a time as this.
